Anxiety State

Persistent t feeling of anxiety such as shaky hands, sweating, palpitations, jumpiness and sleep disturbance. There may be no immediately obvious cause or the sufferer may have long-standing family or work problems with which he can no longer cope. The conditions make it increasingly difficult for the person to solve his problems and medical advice should be sought if talking things over with spouse for close friend sdoes not help. It is normal to have anxiety symptoms like shakiness for some hours or days after a severe shock like a narrow escape from a road traffic accident. Thyroid gland troubles can cause these feelings.
