Food which we eat in our daily life has intense effect on our mind as well as our body. What we eat is not only factor how we eat it is also a factor. Following are the advice on what we eat and the best we get from it. Fresh ginger with a modicum of salt must be taken ten to twenty min. before food.
1. Chewing is an important thing, chew properly when you eat hard substance.
2. Whenever you can intake of buttermilk or curd should go after food.
3. As we all like food should be good in taste, fresh and good in appearance.
4. Food should not be very hot neither is cold.
5. Avoid water before 15 min. as you going to intake food. Drink water in small quantity. Drink water in small amount but over and over again.
6. Weighty food must be intake in a limited amount.
7. Ignore heavy food at night. The right time of dinner is 2 to 3 hours by going to bed. After taking dinner, it is healthier to go for a walk, of say 100 steps.
8. Hard work should be ignoring after meal.
9. Have a rest for good digestion of food.
