Now a day in our world increase many types of disease that researcher a find they said every person has improve our life style they can lastly change feel in our body because in human body need to proper routine that’s they control health. Now researcher has found in world 522 man and women are facing a diabetes problem. They suggest every person who suffer diabetes problem they take whole-grains, vegetables, fruits, and low-fat dairy and meat products with an aim to reduce at least five percent of their body weight and daily 30 minutes each day for walking, jogging, swimming and other exercises.
