This time every one wants to weight loss body because weight loss person never suffer any disease. This time researcher found walking to good for health. We are not taking walking exercise we increase body because walking exercise is very easy to do. Researcher has calculated this thing we are walking daily 16 weeks, we lost an average of 2.8 pounds weight loss and we are doing walk exercise whole year we reduce 5-pound loss but this calculation is not good but certainly better than gaining weight and also easy to do.
