But some person are taking junk food, fried food and saturated stuff these are not good for healthy skin acne, pimples and break outs on the skin after hormonal imbalance. Good health skin care diet and healthy diet is Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, noodles and breakfast cereals, fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy foods, Meat, fish, poultry and pulses these are important for the healthy skin.

Now a day taking a fatty disease that’s we are increasing coronary heart disease when the coronary arteries become narrowed by a gradual buildup of fatty material within their walls and this walls create problem to take oxygen in the body because this walls has blocked the arteries this sign of heart attack.
We are controlling heart attack use good vegetable and fruits because these are natural diet this types diet take we can not increase cholesterol and fatty material in the body. Fruit and vegetables are also rich in folic acid which reduces the blood level of homocysteine.
