But some person are taking junk food, fried food and saturated stuff these are not good for healthy skin acne, pimples and break outs on the skin after hormonal imbalance. Good health skin care diet and healthy diet is Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, noodles and breakfast cereals, fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy foods, Meat, fish, poultry and pulses these are important for the healthy skin.
