Diabetes slowly is increasing among the persons, it’s a serious problem because diabetes problem not only face old person now days kids and adults are also facing this serous problem.  Now researcher has found if we control diet and foods and do regular exercise you could do control the diabetes problem. Now we remind these things eat 2-3 servings of vegetables daily, drink more and more water daily, eat fresh fruits daily, drink low fat milk, take cinnamon daily, herbal tea rather than caffeinated tea and make daily routine diet. You should not do this thing on daily routine Do not eat much food, take extra salt in food, avoid the cheese, sugar, whole milk and more than 2 cups of coffee or tea. If you control these things of course you get success for control the diabetes problem.
