Brush your teeth twice in a day or after every meal. Use the lukewarm water with pinch of salt twice in a day if you are having the swelling in the gums. Use good quality paste and mouth wash. Always clean your tongue twice in a day that is the main cause of plaque for the teeth and gums. Avoid alcohol and tobacco. Never eat your eat warm and moderate.
