Care Of Liver

The liver starts working for you from your birth. It makes the blood formation at the time of your birth. Its main function is to purify and detoxify what we eat in the daily diet. The functions of the liver are to produce the fats, hormones and helps in the metabolism. You must hear the term fatty liver. Fatty liver means the liver is making more fat for your body than you need. So fat is gradually deposited in your liver. So the liver becomes hard and inflamed. So it stops functioning. In US the 20% of the people are suffering from this disease and neglect for quick treatment make the liver to fail.
How liver may damage-The excessive alcohol may cause the disease called Cirrhosis which means the damage of the liver. Over alcoholic medications may also cause the liver damage. Avoid the fumes and aerosol spray .Get vaccinated from the hepatitis A and B from time to time.
What to take. Do not take much iron tablets without the prescription of the doctor. It will deposit the mineral in the lever. Do the daily exercise and take plenty of fruits and vegetarian diet.The non-vegetarian diets are usually having the high fat contents so it can damage the liver.
