Nowadays small kids are having the spectacles on their eyes. Keeping regular check up and care may protect your eye. There must be one eye test in the year by the ophthalmic or the optometrist practitioner. Eye test must be compulsory for the diabetic and high blood pressure patient. You should check the number of the lenses in every 2 years of time. Some of the common eye problem in the children are lazy eye and squint (amblyopic).The some eye problem that can create a permanent vision loss are dry eyes,blepharitis (eye lid inflammation) and conjunctivitis. So do not be careless in these diseases.
Consume fruits and green vegetables and the foodstuff having the Beta Carotene vitamin. Drink lots of water that removes toxin of the body. Do exercise daily. Take at least 7 hours of sleep and be stress less. Do not rub the eyes. Blinking gives the good exercise to your eyes. Use cotton ball dipped in the clean milk or rose water to clean your eye this is a good natural cleanser. You may also use oil with glycerin to clean the eyelashes and eyelid. Keep a slice of cucumber or potato on your close eye it cools your eyes and keeps it comfortable.
