You know that vegetables and fruits are good for health because it cuts all disease. But you do not know if you eat daily fruits and vegetables you also reduce the heavy weight. Researcher found vegetables and fruits also help to build good health. This time every one is very busy. They do not know which types of food should eat so their weight increases. If you eat daily fruit and vegetable is good but you only eat same fruit and vegetable daily good but not give more benefit that’s you should eat different varieties of fruits and vegetables better for health because you can get all vitamins and minerals.
If you take juices of the fruits and vegetables, juices also give good response on health but if you eat directly as that can be more nutritious. If you eat fruits and vegetables of course reduce heavy weight and also control the many problems.
