They can eat unhealthy and fatty foods which increase cancer and other problems. You can increase in your daily routine diet healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, legumes, and grain-based foods. If you eat these healthy health care foods of cause you can cut the cancer and other dangers problems. You should avoid in your daily food list high in calories and fats foods. Healthy food is benefit for keep good health.
The fatty foods are doing main role which helps to developing and create of cancer cells. Because fat cell is easily split to a high frequency of what is known as free radicals. These free radicals damage a cell’s DNA makeup and perhaps causing a change those results in cancerous cells. You should also avoid meats, cigarette and alcohol which is the create cancer problem in your body. You should eat in fruit such as bananas, prunes and apple and vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, lima, kidney beans, black-eyed peas and broccoli and whole grains.
