We eat many types of foods for developing and growing health. Some healthy foods give good effect on body but some create lots of problem in body. If we eat high cholesterol food we increase in body heart, cancer and other dangerous diseases. We always eat healthy foods which not give bad effect in body. We should avoid these types which has high cholesterol because it increases fat in the body. We should do regular exercise which helps to controlling cholesterol level. High cholesterol is bad for human being body it reason of heart attacks and strokes.
Most of the person like to eat junk food but they do not it is bad for healthy because junk food has very oily and contain high fats. They should also avoid Dairy products because it’s very rich in fats. We should eat soluble fiber food which helps to reducing high cholesterol. Fruits is also good for health such as apple, strawberries, banana, oranges these all fruits control cholesterol problem.
