If you want to good health you should eat vegetables. Vegetable is health care food for human being. Vegetables are helps to reduces many diseases which create many problems in human being body. It helps to cut heart, cancer, diabetes and more diseases. Vegetables are the best for health. In vegetables you can get various vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, flavonoids and carotenoids. If you eat daily vegetable diet you can easily grow your mantel and physical health. Raw vegetables diet is also good for health like salads and sandwiches. The so-called experts don’t always agree on the best vegetables that should be included in your diet.

There are many vegetables available but some are good for health like All green leafy vegetables, Green peas, Brussels sprouts, Red and green peppers, Tomatoes, Carrots, Broccoli, Garlic and onions and Sweet potatoes. These types of vegetables you eat never increase fat and other disease. It is good healthy diet list for human being and it is great eat extensive assortment of highly nutritious low-calorie foods such as vegetables, and stay healthy and fit, burn fat, and build muscle.
