Low Fat Diet for Health Care

Health diet is very important for human being life because diet and foods charge the human being for doing the work. There are many types of the foods available for the human being but they do not know which foods good for health and which bad for health. If you eat unhealthy foods daily of course you survive the many problems because unhealthy foods create the health risk problem but some foods available for health care which not increase the disease in the body. If you eat high fat diet you can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer and problems. You can eat regular low fat diet you can easily heavy weight problem and other dangerous disease.

If you eat low fat diet you reduce the LDL cholesterol and also high blood pressure problem because high blood pressure increases heart disease and stroke. It also helps to decrease the colorectal cancer and breast cancer problems. Your health care low fat diet is include nuts, seeds, avocados, canola, olive and flax seed oils which never help create diseases in the body but butter, cheese, vegetable oils, hydrogenated oils in cookies, pastry and crackers contain saturated fat are increase the diseases in the body these are high fat foods.
