We should avoid these types which has high cholesterol because it increases fat in the body. We should do regular exercise which helps to controlling cholesterol level. High cholesterol is bad for human being body it reason of heart attacks and strokes.</p>

<p>Most of the person like to eat junk food but they do not it is bad for healthy because junk food has very oily and contain high fats.
