The heart problem is very series problem in our world but some do regular activities we control heart problem because all disease is depend on good health diet. If you take good healthy diet you can control heart disease, high blood pressure, increased body weight, high cholesterol and high blood sugars. Good healthy diet is eating a best away to reducing the problems. Some healthy foods is Fish, Vegetables, fruit, whole grains and beans also aid in maintain a healthy diet. Fish is excellent source of omega-3 fatty acid which aid in reducing the risk of heart disease.
There are some foods which increase heart problem like fried foods, snack foods, butter, salad dressing and sweets. These foods increase unnecessary fats which clog the arteries and cause numerous heart problems. So if you want to help your heart, try to incorporate these foods into your diet.

Some diets are creating bad effect in body; they are increasing many diseases like heart disease. It is necessary for your routine diet because heart disease is very dangerous for the human being. Now researcher has found diet to reduce heart disease. If you are taking Trans fat food you cannot control your heart disease. When cholesterol level is increase in our body then chances of heart disease and stroke is also increase. Cholesterol is increase in body eating solid fats like butter, margarine, shortening, cookies, crackers chips, fat milk, Cream sauce, and Cocoa butter, found in chocolate, Egg yolks, frozen waffles and many more.
After eating this type’s food we are increasing heart disease. We should to eat fat less diet like Olive oil, Brown rice, and wheat flour, fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits, fruit packed in juice or water and many more.
