There are many foods are available the whole world but some are health care foods. Some gives good effect on the body and some are bad but fruits are always give good effect on the body in fruits you can get lager source of minerals, vitamins and enzymes. You can also get high alkaline properties and high percentage of water but you can not get high percentage of proteins and fats. If you eat which high percentage proteins and fats of course you will suffer any problems because fats create lots disease on the body. Fruits always protect from diseases, you should eat fresh fruits, prunes and figs are also beneficial on the health. You should eat fruits on your daily routine diet because it good for you.
You try to eat raw fruits because it helps develop good health but fruit juice is also good for health. Fruits are the best combination milk than with meals. There three basic food which helps to developing the health like milk, vegetable oils and honey. Milk is best health food. Milk helps maintain a healthy intestinal flora and prevents intestinal putrefaction and constipation. The vegetable oils are High quality unrefined oils. In vegetable oils you can get fatty acids, vitamin C and F and lecithin.
