Your health care low fat diet is include nuts, seeds, avocados, canola, olive and flax seed oils which never help create diseases in the body but butter, cheese, vegetable oils, hydrogenated oils in cookies, pastry and crackers contain saturated fat are increase the diseases in the body these are high fat foods.
