But some person are taking junk food, fried food and saturated stuff these are not good for healthy skin acne, pimples and break outs on the skin after hormonal imbalance. Sleeping Order Note Book

Now a days maximum people have sleeping disorder which is producer of daily energy for human. If you are also in grip of this disease we suggest you to make a Sleep Order Note Book.

These five points are following able:
1. Name your notebook by any pleasing moment or any inspiring name like ‘pleasing life’, and then write a golden rule of your happiness as smiling face.
2. Create columns for date, sleeping time, awaking time, difference and grading.
3. Note down it was a dreamless night or how much dream you saw, because a dreamless night is best for us, note what was the reason behind it.
4. Try to remember the last thought of before asleep and what was the connection with dream, write it in notebook.
5. What you have eaten and what was you in daytime.

Note we would like to suggest you for taking simple vegetarian Dite as per your body requires, which will help your brain for sweet dreamless sleeping night.

Vitamin C use to make skin care products for its qualities like antioxidant qualities help to remove damaging radicals in the skin cigarette smoke and others.

Vitamin C also helps to make tissues strong and elastic. Sun light is very dangers for skin. There are many products in the market that prevent skin but some of them may be unsuited for your skin. Alpha hydroxyl acids are very popular and skin favorable product. Vitamin C is the most absorbable vitamin but L- ascorbic acid is best for skin.

Burns

Injury caused by excessive heat to part of the body so as to damage jor kills the tissues. It may be due to a flame, a hot object, excessive sunlight, or boiling water when the condition is called a SCALD. There is no pratical difference between a burn and scald. Burns may also be caused by chemicals. In mild cases there may be only reddening of the skin (first degree).

In second degree there is blistering, and in third degree, the whole skin thickness is destroyed, and the area appears charred. There are tow chief dangers. First is shock, a severe form of collapse which follows extensive burns. Second is infection. When the tissues are killed or injured they cannot defend against invasion by germs, so that burns easily become infected and “fester”.

The immediate home treatment of burns (dry or wet) is to cool in cold running water; damage and pain can thus be reduced. Continue cooling until there is no further pain (up to thirty minutes if necessary). If the burn is severe odor large (e.g. a blistered area more than 1″(25 mm) across in a child or 3″ (75 mm) in an adult) shock should be treated by wrapping unburned areas with extra clotting or a blanket and giving a warm. Sugared drink if patient is conscious.

Urgent medical treatment is required for large burns but initial cooling is always necessary. Smaller burns can be covered by a freshly laundered handkerchief. Later they can be dressed with cariole cream or beta dines spray and covered with a no-stick million dressing. Do not apply creams. If “festering” occurs, consult your doctor who may give antibiotics.

Boils

Abscesses develop in the skin due to infection by germs. These usually enter through small openings of the sweat glands. The best home remedy is to apply Ana flex powder spray and cover with a no-stick (Mellon) dressing. Do not squeeze. If it does not clear or if boils appear in crops, consult your doctor. Attention to cleanliness, particularly of the hands, plus a balanced diet should keep boils to a minimum. A sufferer should keep to his own towels and facecloths which should be boiled after use.
